Challenges

Hi all!

This pass month I've been faced with a few new challenges, where my business is concerned.
The first of them was, how to deal with complaints. Now complaints can be a tricky situation. Cause one has to look at all the sides of it and if it's something that can be resolved immediately or will it take some steps to get there.

So, complaints can be a good thing as well, as it's an opportunity to learn. To see where you can improve or to protect yourself and your business. Mine was to deal with comebacks, bags that have broken (torn, straps came undone etc.)  I've implemented a new policy that I will only do any mending to a bag free of charge in the 1st month of purchase. 

In this new age of social media and how life has become fast paced, a small business can take off literally overnight or it can take what feels like forever. LOL And thus can make you question yourself, your craft, your abilities, your vision, all of that and more. 

So, to all of us that has embarked on this journey of owning a small business, lets try and keep on going even when the going comes with lots of potholes!
